Rebecca Christiansen

Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health

Title:

Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Credentials:

M.S., LPC-MH, LPC, NCC, QMHP

Talking to someone can be scary and intimidating. Clients are not sure if they can trust the person sitting on the other side of the room. They do not know if “talking” will help them with the problem at hand. My goal as a therapist is to create an atmosphere of trust and acceptance! I use Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and Reality Therapy techniques that will help you identify your goals and work towards your desired outcomes! I focus on the whole person and help you to create the life you want to live! I use a down to earth, honest approach, full of humor and warmth, to make this experience one that you truly enjoy! I work to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for everyone who comes into my office! I want to celebrate your success, journey with you through the tough stuff, and make you feel supported and accepted.
