Ashley Geist
Licensed Professional Counselor
Title:
NCC, LPC, M.S.Ed.
It’s common to feel alone in our struggles and that everyone else has things “figured out”. No matter what our age or stage of life, there is a lot of pressure to be
more, do more, to feel a certain way, or to do things “right” the first time.
I approach counseling as a team effort; working with my clients to get to know them and collaborating with them to build paths forward to feeling better in their own
time.
I seek to know my clients’ strengths and joys as well as their challenges, and to approach the therapy process as a journey of growth that we go on, not a destination to reach.
