The way we see the world is shaped by the lives we’ve lived — the joys, the wounds, the experiences that shaped us. Sometimes those stories show up as anxiety, depression, strained relationships, or that deep-down sense that something just doesn’t feel right.
I take a cognitive-behavioral approach grounded in thinking, feeling, and acting — but tailored to each unique person I sit with. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences inform your present, how current struggles can be shifted with real-time tools, and how a deeper sense of purpose and self-acceptance can emerge.
My goal isn’t to “fix” anyone. It’s to walk with you — honoring your past, supporting your healing, and helping you build a life that feels meaningful and true.
Experience:
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside individuals, children, and families in my practice, The Support Circle, which I founded to bring compassionate, individualized care to rural South Dakota.
My experience includes assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychotic disorders. I’ve also collaborated with schools, agencies, and community leaders to increase mental health responsiveness and access in rural areas — something I care deeply about. I’m currently licensed in both South Dakota and North Dakota.

More than just my work:
I believe therapy should feel human — and that healing often happens over markers, movement, and conversation on the floor just as much as it does in a chair.
I’ve lovingly earned the title “Yoga Pants Therapist” because you’ll often find me barefoot, grounded, and meeting my clients at their level (literally). I love coffee, pickles, and creating spaces that feel safe, creative, and real.
Comfort matters. Connection matters more. And I’m so grateful to do this work.
