School Based Services
Bringing mental health support where kids and teens already are.

At The Support Circle, we believe that early, accessible support can change the trajectory of a child’s life. That’s why we offer school-based mental health services — bringing therapy and emotional support directly into school environments where students feel most familiar.

Our licensed therapists partner with local schools to provide onsite services during the school day, making it easier for students to receive the help they need — without having to leave campus or miss extensive class time.
How It Works
Students referred for school-based counseling will:

-
Attend sessions with one of our licensed mental health providers at school
-
Receive individualized support tailored to their age, needs, and goals
-
Learn tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and self-awareness
-
Receive care in a private, compassionate, and familiar environment

We coordinate with families and school staff (when appropriate and with consent) to ensure continuity of care and shared support.
Common Reasons Students Are Referred
-
Anxiety, worry, or stress
-
Difficulty managing emotions
-
Social struggles or peer conflict
-
Trauma or recent life changes
-
Academic overwhelm or school refusal
-
Attention, focus, or behavior concerns
-
Grief or family loss
-
Low self-esteem or confidence

We serve students with and without formal diagnoses — school-based therapy is often a first step toward accessing long-term support.
