Anger doesn’t have to take over! In this high-energy, solution-focused workshop, we’ll learn how to manage big angry feelings with calm-down strategies and breathing tools. Inspired by A Little Spot of Anger, kids will design their very own cool-down toolboxes filled with personalized comfort items.
